Refund and Return Policy

At HiTude (operated by Hemp Herbals Pvt. Ltd.), we take immense pride in the quality and safety of our Ayurvedic botanical products. Due to the consumable and highly sensitive nature of our items (Ayurvedic edibles/gummies), we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
As our products are consumable wellness goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items under any circumstances. You are only eligible for a return or replacement if:
You received a damaged or tampered product.
You received a defective product (e.g., broken seal at the time of delivery).
You received the wrong item that does not match your order confirmation.
Note: We do not offer refunds or returns if you simply do not like the taste, or if the product does not meet subjective expectations, as Ayurvedic formulations interact differently with every individual’s body.
2. Timeframe for Reporting an Issue
If your order meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you must report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hours of successful delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To raise a return or replacement request, please follow these steps:
Email us at contact@hitude.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your Order Number in the subject line.
Attach clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damaged/wrong product and the original shipping label.
Keep the product in its original packaging, unused, and with all seals intact.
Our team will review your request within 48 business hours. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide you with an address to ship the product back to us.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item at our facility, our quality check team will inspect it.
Approval: If the claim is verified, we will notify you via email and initiate your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (via Razorpay). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
Rejection: If the returned product is found to be opened, used, or missing its original packaging, the refund request will be rejected, and the same item will be sent back to you.
5. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact us immediately at +91 7827493923 or email us.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Missing or Late Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated 5-7 business days:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
